I’m part of the local community, and I care about treating people fairly, being upfront about what I find, and doing the job right. I’ll always be honest about what can be repaired on-site and when further diagnosis or shop equipment may be needed.
No guessing just to sell a job.
Some problems need proper diagnostics before there is a solid answer. I would rather explain that clearly than promise a repair before checking the vehicle.
Parts are handled upfront.
If you supply your own parts, I can install them when appropriate, but I cannot warranty the part itself. If that part is wrong or fails, additional labor may be charged to replace it again.
Not every repair belongs in a driveway.
Some jobs need a lift, specialty equipment, or a shop environment. If mobile service is not the right fit, I will be upfront so there are no surprises.
